The resort distinguishes itself through it''s excellent location in Pollensa Bay. The complex looks directly onto the beach. The gardens and excellent facilities make an ideal location to relax. Guests are received in the foyer with 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a lift and a currency exchange. Further facilities include a bar, a laundry service and bike hire. In addition, guests are offered a restaurants and a cafe. Guests are also able to use the facilties of the neighbouring Uyal hotel.

The complex lies right by the beach which offers sun loungers and parasols. It is also possible to hire bikes and use the tennis courts (fees apply) as well as the neighbouring hotel''s swimming pool. Water sports are also available along with fishing, or trips into Pollensa.
