All the rooms are fitted in Mexican colonial style with hand-painted tiles and mahogany and bamboo decor. Stucco finishes, carved niches, uncovered beams, and extensive wood and ironwork contribute to the unique atmosphere. The rooms are all fitted with their own terrace with hammocks and garden or sea views, wool carpets, original art and furniture, a king-size bed, a reading lamp, a hire safe, a high-speed Internet connection, a hairdryer, and individually adjustable air conditioning. Also provided are spacious en suite bathrooms, some of which have been fitted with sunken bathtubs decorated with hand-painted mosaics from Talavera.

The three-storey hotel comprises a total of 65 rooms. The main entrance features a palapa with carved stone and paintings by Bertrand Castelli. The complex furthermore offers three restaurants, including the Maroma, an open-air terrace with sea views, three bars (one of which is on the beach), gardens, a private beach, conference facilities, a theatre, and a selection of shops. Also available is a reception desk manned around the clock, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a cloakroom, a hairdresser, and a TV lounge. Guests may also take advantage of the public Internet access, the porter, the room and laundry services, and the parking for those arriving by car.
