The apartment complex was built in 1999 and completely renovated in 2001. It is built in a T-form and comprises a total of 255 rooms over 5 floors, of which 11 are suites and 244 are apartments. Guests are offered a spacious lobby with lifts, safes, Internet access and a 24-hour reception. In addition, it comes with a cosy bar, a cafe, a newspaper stand and an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and highchairs for younger guests.
