The hotel is located on the east coast of Zanzibar right after passing Paje, near the Jambiani village. Set on the white sandy beach, with no immediate neighbouring hotel, the beach close to the hotel is quiet and less crowded compared to the other side of Zanzibar. Guests can walk freely to Paje or Jambiani village during the day. It takes just over 15 minutes to get to the nearby village. Zanzibar is approximately 58 km from the hotel.

The accommodation comprises double/twin and triple or family rooms on request. The bungalows are spacious and airy. The rooms are simply furnished but well-maintained and decorated with Zanzibar furniture. Each room has a private en suite bathroom with a hot shower. The bedrooms are fitted with big Zanzibar four-poster double beds with a massive all-bed mosquito net. Amenities include a safe and a terrace. All bungalows are equipped with a ceiling fan and mosquito net. The rooms are cleaned each morning with a daily bed-sheet change.

The beach hotel was renovated in 2012 and has a total of 42 rooms. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out services.
